Draft policy — have a lawyer review this before launch, and update it to match the analytics, CRM and email tools you actually run.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, business, email, phone.
• Billing details, handled by Stripe. Grid Bee never sees or stores full card numbers.
• Content and access you share so we can post on your behalf.
• Basic analytics about how this site is used.
• Advertising and measurement data collected by the Meta Pixel, which reports your visits, enquiries and purchases back to Meta so we can measure and target our advertising. Meta may combine this with data it already holds about you. You can review your choices in Meta’s ad settings, and opt out of most such tracking at optout.aboutads.info.

How we use it

To deliver the service you bought, to bill you, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the processors we need to run the business — payments (Stripe), scheduling, email and analytics providers — each bound to handle it on our instructions.

Your accounts stay yours

Access you grant us to your social profiles is used solely to publish and report on your content. You can revoke it at any time, and we remove our access when you cancel.
