The service

Grid Bee plans, writes, designs and schedules social media content for your business according to the plan you select at checkout. Nothing publishes without your approval.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting after you approve your first batch. One-time items are charged on the first invoice. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days’ notice, never mid-term.

Term and cancellation

Month to month, no minimum term. Cancel or pause with 14 days’ notice before renewal. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

Your responsibilities

• Give us timely approvals and the access we need to publish.
• Make sure any material you supply is yours to use.
• Follow the terms of the platforms we post to on your behalf.

Ownership

Content we create for you is yours once paid for. Your accounts, logins and audience remain yours throughout and after the engagement. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Limits

We do not guarantee specific reach, follower or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim.
