Refund policy

Draft policy — have a lawyer review this before launch. It must stay consistent with the guarantee promised on the homepage and at checkout.

Grid Bee offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month. The terms below are the ones the homepage and checkout refer to.

The 30-day guarantee

If the first content calendar we deliver is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that first month in full. The guarantee covers the first billing period of a new account only.

• Two rounds of revisions are included before a refund request, so we can try to fix it.
• One-time items already delivered (landing pages, conversion tracking) are non-refundable.
• Every asset we produced for you remains yours to keep and use.

Cancelling

Plans are month to month. Cancel or pause with 14 days’ notice before your next renewal date and you will not be billed again. Cancelling part-way through a month does not pro-rate the current month, and months after the first are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email hello@gridbee.io from the address on the account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–10 business days.
